Our Story
Billy Qās Breakfast Burritos Nā Bowls was originally founded in 2023 by Bill and Jen Neuschwander with a simple goal ā serve fresh, delicious breakfast food to the Rapid City community. In February of 2026, Billy Qās was taken over by Jason and Doug, who continue building on that same local, welcoming spirit while adding their own passion for quality food and community connection. Today, you can usually find Billy Qās serving up breakfast favorites at Founders Park in Rapid City, with made-to-order burritos, bowls, biscuits & gravy, and more served fresh daily.
